Batch size: 58.0 ± 11.1 range: 40–100 (n = 5)
Total eggs laid per female: 50–100
Incubation time (days): 17 (on moistening)
Batch configuration and attachment: Attached, small to large groups (Fig. 184).
Colour: Olive green, opalescent becoming dark greyishbrown and transparent grey before eclosion (Fig. 184).
Size (mm): (n=15) L = 0.86 ± 0.02, W = 0.65 ± 0.01, T = 0.55 ± 0.01
Width/length: 0.72

Relative aeropylar opening size: 3.7
Micropyles: Distinct (Figs 185 & 186)
No. of openings: obscure
No. of cells in rosette: obscure
No. of rows of cells in micropylar area: 3
Shape: Narrow, elongated, subelliptical; anterior pole truncated; polar profile circular; flattened dorsoventrally (Figs 184, 185, 187 & 188).
Characteristics: Egg marked on all surfaces by flat, hexagonal cells, with narrow, recessed walls, but barely discernible apart from on, near anterior pole (Figs 185, 187–190). Cell form only marked by aeropyles on anterior polar (Fig. 189) sometimes numbering more than 6 at cell walls (Fig. 191), micropylar cells marked by narrow, recessed cell walls (Figs 185 & 186). Aeropyles elevated, openings moderately large, present only on anterior pole (Figs 185, 186, 189 & 191). Chorion generally smooth (Fig. 192); wrinkled, granular on anterior pole (Figs 191 & 193).
