Shape: Very narrow, elongated, anterior pole truncated; flattened dorso­ventrally; elongated (Figs 482, 483 & 485).

Characteristics: Chorion very soft, shape poorly defined (Figs 482 & 485). Egg marked on all surfaces by polygonal cells with very broad, rounded, elevated and undulating walls (Figs 483–487). Aeropyles, inconspicuous, openings small, slightly elevated (Fig. 486); present on all surfaces apart from middle of top of egg (Figs 485 & 487). Primary, secondary cells in micropylar area recessed (Fig. 484). Chorion finely, shallowly coralline (Fig. 486), smoother in micropylar area.
