Shape: Broad, bluntly ovoid, anterior pole truncated; flattened dorsoventrally (Figs 753 & 754).

Characteristics: Soft chorion; egg marked on all surfaces by barely discernible, flat, hexagonal cells with unelevated, narrow walls (Figs 753–756). Aeropyles inconspicuous, openings small (Fig. 756), present around anterior pole, narrow lateral sides. Chorion smooth with shallow undulations (Fig. 756).
