Shape: Very broad, bluntly ovoid, anterior pole slightly truncated (Figs 611, 612 & 614).
Characteristics: Egg distinctly marked on all surfaces by quadrate, elongated, concave cells with moderately broad walls, doubleridged walls arranged in longitudinal rows (Figs 611, 614 & 615). Aeropyles elevated, openings very large (Figs 614–616), present on all surfaces (Fig. 614). Rosette cells, secondary cells in micropylar area recessed (Fig. 613). Chorion rough, densely blistered (Figs 615 & 616).
