Republic of Yakutia ( Gusev et al. 2018; Bessudova et al. 2022b).
Remark. The scale illustrated by Bessudova et al. (2018b) and identified as S. synuroidea does not correspond the neotype of this species ( Siver et al. 2018). It belongs to another Synura species.
