Description. Body length (without rostrum) 2.3 mm. Rostrum length 0.3 mm. Body black, glabrous. Antennae red-brown. Apices of tibiae and tarsi brownish. Rostrum weakly curved, 2.5 times as long as wide at apex, 2.7 times as long as wide in middle and 2.9 times as long as wide at base, 0.6 times as long as pronotum; glabrous apically, densely punctate by small points. Back of rostrum without carina, weakly flattened. Mandibles small. Eyes large, suboval, not protruding from contour of head. Anterior margins of eyes not emarginate. Forehead flattened, narrow, about 0.4 times as long as rostrum base width, striare. Temples short. Antennal scrobes laterally, oblique, directed under eye, visible dorsally. Antennae long, inserted near middle of rostrum. Antennomere 1 long, 3.6 times as long as wide at apex, reaching eyes. Antennomeres 2-8 conical. Antennomere 2 1.4 times as long as wide at apex, 0.4 times as long as and subequal in width to antennomere 1. Antennomere 3 1.4 times as long as wide at apex, 0.7 times as long as and 0.7 times as narrow as antennomere 2. Antennomeres 4-6 equal in length. Antennomere 4 0.9 times as long as wide at apex, 0.6 times as long as and 0.9 times as narrow as antennomere 3. Antennomere 5 subequal in length and width, slightly narrower than antennomere 4. Antennomere 6 0.8 times as long as wide at apex, about 1.3 times as wide as antennomere 5. Antennomere 7 0.8 times as long as wide at apex, 1.2 times as long as and slightly wider than antennomere 6. Antennomere 8 0.9 times as long as wide at apex, 1.1 times as long as and slightly wider than antennomere 7. Antennal club compact. Antennomere 9 0.9 times as long as wide at apex, about 1.5 times as long as and 1.6 times as wide as antennomere 8. Antennomere 10 0.9 times as long as wide at apex, 1.5 times as long as and slightly longer than antennomere 9. Antennomere 11 equal to antennomere 10. Pronotum companiform, with almost straight sides, 1.2 times as long as wide at apex, about 0.9 times as long as wide in middle and at base; angularly widened on sides in front of apex; with sharp tooth. Anterior collar present. Disk weakly, densely punctate. Distances between points subequal or wider than diameter of points. Base weakly semicircular. Scutellum distinct, subsquare. Elytra 1.9 times as long as wide at base, 1.6 times as long as wide in middle, 2.2 times as long as wide at apex, 2.6 times as long as pronotum. Humeri smooth. Interstriae wide, about 3.3-4.0 times as long as wide of striae, weakly convex, rugose-punctate. Elytral striae distinct, deep. Striae 9 not merge with striae 10 near metacoxa. Pre- and postcoxal portions equal in length. Precoxal portion 0.5 times as long as procoxal cavity length. Procoxal cavities contiguous. Metanepisternum quite wide. Mesocoxal cavities separated. Metaventrite convex, densely punctate, 2.0 times as long as length of metacoxal cavity. Abdomen flattened, densely puncate. Ventrites 1 and 2 fused. Ventrite 1 1.5 times as long as length of metacoxal cavity. Ventrite 2 slightly shorter than ventrite 1. Ventrites 3 and 4 equal in length. Ventrite 3 0.6 times as long as ventrite 2. Ventrite 5 1.3 times as long as ventrite 4. Procoxae large, subconical. Femora and tibiae densely punctate. Femora thickened, with large teeth on middle. Tibiae weakly curved, with large uncus, mucro and two groups of setae at apex. Tarsi long. Tarsomeres 1 and 2 conical. Tarsomere 2 shorter and wider than tarsomere 1. Tarsomere 3 wide-bilobed. Tarsomere 5 elongate. Tarsal claws free, paired, of equal lengths, with teeth.

Remarks. This species is associated with Ulmus pumila L. Distribution. Western Siberia (Altaiskii Krai, Krasnoyarskii Krai), Eastern Siberia (Republic of Buryatia), south of the Russian Far East (Primorskii Krai), China, and Mongolia (Govi-Altai, Ömnögovi, Sükhbaatar and Töv Prov.) (fig. 2).
