Diagnosis. Antennae 9-segmented ( Figs 12–18 View FIGURES 12 – 28 ); antennal segments with rings or annulations bearing microtrichia ( Figs 12–20 View FIGURES 12 – 28 ); antennal segments III–IV with two circular-to-oval, subapical, emergent sensoria ( Figs 19–20 View FIGURES 12 – 28 ); maxillary palpi with three segments, labial palpi with two segments; head and pronotum with long dark setae ( Figs 21–36 View FIGURES 12 – 28 View FIGURES 29 – 36 ); fore tarsus with a distinct hamus; fore tibia with two strong setae on inner apex ( Figs 72–75 View FIGURES 63 – 81 ); fore femur with 2–9 spurs on inner margin that vary in the degree of development ( Figs 63–73 View FIGURES 63 – 81 ); wings fully developed, rounded at apex, longitudinal and cross veins present ( Figs 77–81 View FIGURES 63 – 81 ).
