Stegana (Steganina) rava Cui & Chen View in CoL , sp. nov.

( Figs. 13A, 13B View FIGURE 13 , 58 View FIGURE 58 )

Diagnosis. This species is similar to S. (S.) flavipes sp. nov. in the shape of male terminalia ( Figs. 38 View FIGURE 38 , 58 View FIGURE 58 ), but can be distinguished from the latter by having the surstylus laterally with some minute, serrated processes ( Fig. 58A, B View FIGURE 58 ); the aedeagus with some pubescence distoventrally ( Fig. 58C, D View FIGURE 58 ); the subepandrial sclerite vaulted ( Fig. 58G View FIGURE 58 ).

Description. Male: First flagellomere brown. Clypeus yellow. Mesonotum yellow ( Fig. 13A View FIGURE 13 ). Katepisternum yellowish ( Fig. 13B View FIGURE 13 ). Scutellum yellow, brownish near distal margin ( Fig. 13A View FIGURE 13 ). Halter mostly brownish ( Fig. 13B View FIGURE 13 ). Fore femur with 4 thin, long setae on distal part of posteroventral surface. Abdominal tergites brownish ( Fig. 13A, B View FIGURE 13 ); sternites yellow, about 1.6 times as wide as long. Male terminalia ( Fig. 58 View FIGURE 58 ): Epandrium with ca. 8 setae on dorsal to posterior portions per side ( Fig. 58A View FIGURE 58 ). Surstylus slightly oval, with some setulae along distal margin and inner surface, lacking pubescence ( Fig. 58A, B View FIGURE 58 ). Cercus with sparse pubescence ( Fig. 58A View FIGURE 58 ). Hypandrium expanded anteromedially ( Fig. 58C, D View FIGURE 58 ). Pregonite small, with 2 sensilla ( Fig. 58C, D View FIGURE 58 ). Aedeagus tubular, distally slightly expanded, distoventrally with 3 rugae per side, lacking serrated process ( Fig. 58C, D View FIGURE 58 ). Aedeagal sheath small, lacking serrated process ( Fig. 58E, F View FIGURE 58 ).
