Stegana (Steganina) minutiflava Li & Chen View in CoL , sp. nov.

( Figs. 11I, 11J View FIGURE 11 , 52 View FIGURE 52 )

Diagnosis. This species is similar to S. (S.) cylindrica Wang, Gao, & Chen, 2013 in the shape of male terminalia (as fig. 2 in Wang et al. 2013, Fig. 52 View FIGURE 52 ), but can be distinguished from the latter by having the surstylus lacking peg-like tooth ( Fig. 52A, B View FIGURE 52 ); the cercus with much pubescence ( Fig. 52A View FIGURE 52 ); the aedeagus tubular, lacking pubescence ( Fig. 52C, D View FIGURE 52 ); the aedeagal sheath lacking serrated process ( Fig. 52E, F View FIGURE 52 ).

Description. Male and female: First flagellomere brown. Clypeus brownish in male, brown in female. Mesonotum brownish yellow medially, yellow laterally ( Fig. 11I View FIGURE 11 ). Katepisternum yellowish ( Fig. 11J View FIGURE 11 ). Scutellum brown, yellow at tip in male ( Fig. 11I View FIGURE 11 ), brown to black in female. Halter mostly grey ( Fig. 11J View FIGURE 11 ). Fore femur with a row of 3 long setae on distal part of posteroventral surface. Abdominal tergites medially brownish in male, black in female, yellow laterally ( Fig. 11I, J View FIGURE 11 ); sternites yellow, about 1.3 times as wide as long. Male terminalia ( Fig. 52 View FIGURE 52 ): Epandrium with ca. 15 setae on dorsal to posterior portions per side ( Fig. 52A View FIGURE 52 ). Surstylus with some setulae near distal margin, lacking pubescence ( Fig. 52A, B View FIGURE 52 ). Hypandrium strongly expanded anteromedially ( Fig. 52C, D View FIGURE 52 ). Pregonite small, with 2 sensilla ( Fig. 52C, D View FIGURE 52 ). Aedeagus lacking serrated process ( Fig. 52C, D View FIGURE 52 ). Subepandrial sclerite expanded dorsally ( Fig. 52G View FIGURE 52 ).
