Stegana (Steganina) labao Cui & Chen View in CoL , sp. nov.

( Figs. 10C, 10D View FIGURE 10 , 42G–I View FIGURE 42 )

Diagnosis. This species closely resembles S. (S.) idiasta sp. nov. in the shape of female terminalia ( Fig. 42D–I View FIGURE 42 ), but can be distinguished from the latter by having the 8th sternite slightly longer than wide, glabrous on basal 3/4, with some long setae and pubescence on distal 1/4 ( Fig. 42H View FIGURE 42 ).

Description. Female: First flagellomere brown. Clypeus yellow. Mesonotum yellow ( Fig. 10C View FIGURE 10 ). Katepisternum yellowish ( Fig. 10D View FIGURE 10 ). Scutellum brown, dark brown near distal margin ( Fig. 10C View FIGURE 10 ). Halter mostly grey ( Fig. 10D View FIGURE 10 ). Fore femur with a row of 3 long setae on distal part of posteroventral surface. Abdominal tergites brown ( Fig. 10C, D View FIGURE 10 ); sternites brown, slightly wider than long. Female terminalia ( Fig. 42G–I View FIGURE 42 ): Epiproct with some setae on distal 2/3 ( Fig. 42G View FIGURE 42 ). Cercus and hypoproct with numerous setae and much pubescence ( Fig. 42G, I View FIGURE 42 ).
