Stegana (Steganina) lancang Li & Chen View in CoL , sp. nov.
( Figs. 10E, 10F View FIGURE 10 , 46 View FIGURE 46 )
Diagnosis. This species is similar to S. (S.) kanmiyai Okada & Sidorenko, 1992 in the shape of male terminalia (as fig. 3E–G in Okada & Sidorenko 1992, Fig. 46A–G View FIGURE 46 ), but can be distinguished from the latter by having the brownish yellow body color ( Fig. 10E, F View FIGURE 10 ); the surstylus with 1 peg-like tooth near distal margin ( Fig. 46A, B View FIGURE 46 ); the aedeagus lacking pubescence distolaterally ( Fig. 46C, D View FIGURE 46 ).
Description. Male: Clypeus and palpus yellow. Mesonotum brownish yellow ( Fig. 10E View FIGURE 10 ). Katepisternum yellowish ( Fig. 10F View FIGURE 10 ). Scutellum brownish yellow, brownish near distal margin ( Fig. 10E View FIGURE 10 ). Halter mostly grey ( Fig. 10F View FIGURE 10 ). Fore femur with a row of 3 strong setae on distal part of posteroventral surface. Abdominal tergites brownish yellow ( Fig. 10E, F View FIGURE 10 ); sternites yellow, about 2 times as wide as long. Male terminalia ( Fig. 46A–G View FIGURE 46 ): Epandrium with 13 setae on dorsal to posterior portions per side ( Fig. 46A View FIGURE 46 ). Surstylus with numerous setulae distally and some minute, serrated processes distoventrally ( Fig. 46C, D View FIGURE 46 ). Aedeagal sheath acute apically, with 1 pair of acute processes subapically ( Fig. 46E, F View FIGURE 46 ). Subepandrial sclerite vaulted ( Fig. 46G View FIGURE 46 ). Female terminalia ( Fig. 46H–J View FIGURE 46 ): Epiproct with several setae on distal 1/3 ( Fig. 46H View FIGURE 46 ). Cercus and hypoproct with numerous setae and much pubescence ( Fig. 46H, J View FIGURE 46 ). Eight sternite about 2 times as long as wide, mostly glabrous except with some setae distally ( Fig. 46I View FIGURE 46 ).
