Stegana (Steganina) haba Zhang & Chen , sp. nov.

Diagnosis. This species is similar to S. (S.) dendrophila sp. nov. in the shape of male terminalia ( Figs. 36, 43), but can be distinguished from the latter by having the surstylus with 1 peg-like tooth ( Fig. 43B); the aedeagal opening nearly rhombic in ventral view, lacking serrated process distoventrally ( Fig. 43C).

Description. Male: First flagellomere black. Clypeus yellow. Mesonotum black medially, brown laterally ( Fig. 9E). Katepisternum yellowish ( Fig. 9F). Scutellum black ( Fig. 9E). Halter mostly dark brown ( Fig. 9F). Fore femur with a row of 3 long setae on distal part of posteroventral surface. Abdominal tergites dark brown to black ( Fig. 9E, F); sternites brownish to dark brown, about 1.6 times as wide as long. Male terminalia ( Fig. 43): Epandrium with ca. 14 setae on dorsal to posterior portions per side ( Fig. 43A). Surstylus with several setulae near distal margin and processes distodorsally ( Fig. 43C, D). Aedeagal sheath distally acute, with some minute, serrated processes ( Fig. 43E, F). Subepandrial sclerite deeply concave medially ( Fig. 43G).

Type material. Holotype ♁ ( SCAU, No. 125632, DNA #1324, 2778), CHINA: Muyiji Park, Ximeng , Yunnan, 22°37'23''N, 99°36'11''E, alt. 1100m, 4.iv.2011, ex tree trunk, Y. R. Su.

Distribution. China (Yunnan).

Etymology. From the word " haba " in Va language from the Va nationality living in Yunnan, China, referring to the meaning "beautiful moon".
