Stegana (Steganina) haba Zhang & Chen View in CoL , sp. nov.

( Figs. 9E, 9F View FIGURE 9 , 43 View FIGURE 43 )

Diagnosis. This species is similar to S. (S.) dendrophila sp. nov. in the shape of male terminalia ( Figs. 36 View FIGURE 36 , 43 View FIGURE 43 ), but can be distinguished from the latter by having the surstylus with 1 peg-like tooth ( Fig. 43B View FIGURE 43 ); the aedeagal opening nearly rhombic in ventral view, lacking serrated process distoventrally ( Fig. 43C View FIGURE 43 ).

Description. Male: First flagellomere black. Clypeus yellow. Mesonotum black medially, brown laterally ( Fig. 9E View FIGURE 9 ). Katepisternum yellowish ( Fig. 9F View FIGURE 9 ). Scutellum black ( Fig. 9E View FIGURE 9 ). Halter mostly dark brown ( Fig. 9F View FIGURE 9 ). Fore femur with a row of 3 long setae on distal part of posteroventral surface. Abdominal tergites dark brown to black ( Fig. 9E, F View FIGURE 9 ); sternites brownish to dark brown, about 1.6 times as wide as long. Male terminalia ( Fig. 43 View FIGURE 43 ): Epandrium with ca. 14 setae on dorsal to posterior portions per side ( Fig. 43A View FIGURE 43 ). Surstylus with several setulae near distal margin and processes distodorsally ( Fig. 43C, D View FIGURE 43 ). Aedeagal sheath distally acute, with some minute, serrated processes ( Fig. 43E, F View FIGURE 43 ). Subepandrial sclerite deeply concave medially ( Fig. 43G View FIGURE 43 ).
