Stegana (Steganina) cultella Cui & Chen View in CoL , sp. nov.

( Figs. 7E, 7F View FIGURE 7 , 34 View FIGURE 34 )

Diagnosis. This species resembles S. (S.) fusca sp. nov. in the small body size (BL ranged from 2.12–2.39 mm in measured specimens) and the relatively light body color ( Figs. 7E, 7F View FIGURE 7 , 8I, 8J View FIGURE 8 ), but can be distinguished from the latter by having the cercus with much pubescence ( Fig. 34A View FIGURE 34 ); the aedeagus dramatically expanded distally, lacking pubescence ( Fig. 34C, D View FIGURE 34 ).

Description. Male: First flagellomere black. Clypeus yellow. Mesonotum and scutellum brownish yellow ( Fig. 7E, F View FIGURE 7 ). Katepisternum yellow ( Fig. 7F View FIGURE 7 ). Halter mostly yellow, with a brownish patch at knob ( Fig. 7E View FIGURE 7 ). Fore femur with a row of 3 long setae on distal part of posteroventral surface. Abdominal tergites brown medially, brownish near distal margin ( Fig. 34A, B View FIGURE 34 ). Hypandrium roundly expanded anteromedially ( Fig. 34C, D View FIGURE 34 ). Pregonite with 7 sensilla ( Fig. 34C, D View FIGURE 34 ). Aedeagal sheath distally dorsad curved ( Fig. 34E, F View FIGURE 34 ). Subepandrial sclerite slightly vaulted, broadened distally ( Fig. 34G View FIGURE 34 ).
