Stegana (Steganina) alafoliacea Zhang & Chen , sp. nov.
( Figs. 6A, 6B, 27)
Diagnosis. This species is similar to S. (S.) baoxing sp. nov. in the dark body color ( Fig. 6A–D), but can be distinguished from the latter by having the surstylus with numerous minute, serrated processes on outer surface ( Fig. 27A); the aedeagus strongly expanded apicolaterally in ventral view ( Fig. 27B); the aedeagal sheath with numerous minute, serrated processes ( Fig. 27D, E).
Description. Male: First flagellomere black. Clypeus black. Mesonotum and scutellum dark brown ( Fig. 6A, as wide as long. Male terminalia ( Fig. 27): Epandrium with ca. 5 setae on dorsal to posterior portions per side ( Fig. 27A). Surstylus curved submedially, with 1 peg-like tooth and several setulae distally ( Fig. 27A). Cercus with much pubescence ( Fig. 27A). Hypandrium expanded anteromedially ( Fig. 27B, C). Pregonite blurry or absent ( Fig. 27B, C). Aedeagal sheath erect, slightly dorsad curved ( Fig. 27D, E). Subepandrial sclerite deeply split medially ( Fig. 27F).

Distribution. China (Guangxi).
Etymology. A combination of the Latin words " alaris " (= alary) and '' foliaceus " (= foliaceous), referring to the apicolaterally strongly extended aedeagus.
