Diagnosis. Surstylus with numerous scale-like processes and 1 peg-like tooth subapically (e.g., Fig. 18B View FIGURE 18 ); aedeagus distally with several rod-like and 1 pair of filar processes (e.g., Fig. 18C, D View FIGURE 18 ); aedeagal sheath anteriorly connects with base of aedeagus by a pair of slender processes (e.g., Fig. 18C–E View FIGURE 18 ).
