( Figs. 4G, 4H, 19)

Diagnosis. This species differs from the other species of the nigrolimbata species group in having the yellow body color ( Fig. 4G, H); the surstylus slightly triangular, lacking scale-like process ( Fig. 19A, B); the aedeagal sheath not expanded distolaterally, with some minute, serrated processes ( Fig. 19E, F).

Description. Male: Frons yellowish brown, lacking black band. First flagellomere yellow. Face black, with 1 yellow band medially. Clypeus black medially, yellow laterally. Palpus yellow basally, dark brown distally. Gena narrow and yellow. Mesonotum and scutellum mostly yellow ( Fig. 4G). Katepisternum yellowish above, brownish below ( Fig. 4H). Halter brownish basally, grey distally ( Fig. 4H). Fore femur with 4 thin, long setae on distal part of posteroventral surface. Abdominal tergites yellow ( Fig. 4G, H); sternites brownish, slightly wider than long. Male terminalia ( Fig. 19): Epandrium with ca. 28 setae on dorsal to posterolateral portions per side ( Fig. 19A). Surstylus with numerous setae near margin, lacking pubescence ( Fig. 19A, B). Cercus lacking pubescence ( Fig. 19A). Hypandrium expanded anteromedially ( Fig. 19C, D). Pregonite blurry or absent ( Fig. 19C, D). Aedeagus with much pubescence basally ( Fig. 19C, D). Phallapodeme (aedeagal apodeme in McAlpine 1981) podgy ( Fig. 19C, D).

Measurements and indices.
