Dorsal shield 322 (305–330) long and 152 (150–155) wide; j1 20 (19–20), j3 47 (44–49), j4 36 (33–39), j5 11 (10–13), j6 55 (52–60), J2 63 (59–67), J5 11 (10–13), z2 49 (46–51), z4 48 (43–51), z5 41 (38–43), Z1 59 (56–62), Z4 61 (60–62), Z5 65 (63–66), s4 61 (58–65), S2 61 (60–64), S4 49 (45–51), S5 45 (42–52), r3 42 (38–46), R1 38 (34–41); distances between st1-st3 58 (57–59), st2-st2 58 (56– 61) and st5-st5 54 (52–55); ventri-anal shield 109 (105–114) long, 80 (76–83) wide at level of ZV2 and 70 (69–70) wide at level of anus; JV5 54 (52–55); movable cheliceral digit 25 (24–26) long, with 5 teeth; fixed cheliceral digit 23 (22–24) long, with 7–8 teeth; calyx of spermatheca 9 (8–10); St IV 58 (55–60).

Specimens examined: Piracicaba (22°41' S, 47°37' W), February 2008, on B. decumbens (37 Ƥ, 15 3); July 2008, on M. minutiflora (1 Ƥ).

Remarks: This species was previously known from Brazil. All measurements of the specimens collected are close to those of the original description.
