Material examined. Psyllopsis fraxinicola , from Fraxinus excelsior, Zemun-Nova Galenika , 31.v.2007. ex pupa 8.vi.2007. 4♂♂, ex pupa 10.vi.2007. 1♀.
Trophic status. Parasitoid.
Hosts. Caillardia sp. C. anabasidis , C. azurea , C. notate , C. robusta, Cyanophila sp., Aphididae , Eulecanium franconicum (Noyes, 2017) .
Distribution. Palaearctic.
Diagnosis. Body dark brown with bright green sheen on mesoscutum, scutellum and gaster. Antenna and legs entirely yellow, last tarsal segment brown. Apical half of scape and basal half of pedicel brown. The specimens match the description by Nikolskaya (1952) (as Metallon flavipes (Mercet)) , Trjapitzin (1989) and Guerrieri & Noyes (2009).
Comments. New record for Serbia. Here Trechnites flavipes is recorded in association with P. fraxinicola for the first time ( Table 2).
