Features: length 30–35 μm, width 16–18 μm, striae 9–10 in 10 μm.

Description: Valves elliptic with broadly rounded apices. Raphe straight, central endings distant, axial area narrow, slightly wider in the middle, central area square and connected to the lateral hyaline areas. Lateral areas linear, constricted and terminate shortly before the apices.

Ecology and Distribution: Rare in Basra corals.
