The result from the API 20NE tests show positive for esculin hydrolysis; but negative for nitrate reduction, indole production, glucose fermentation, arginine dihydrolase, urease, cytochrome oxidase, β galactosidase, and gelatinase. D- Glucose, L- arabinose, D- mannose, D- mannitol, N acetylglucosamine, D- maltose, potassium gluconate, adipic acid, malic acid, capric acid, trisodium citrate, and phenylacetic acid are not utilized. Strain CAU 1655 About CAU (= NIBRBAC000508835 ) was isolated from sea sediment in Minmeoru Beach (37°38 ʹ 58.4 ʺ N, 126°20 ʹ 07.0 ʺ E), Ganghwagun , Incheon, Korea. The 16S rRNA gene sequence of strain CAU 1655 About CAU have been deposited in GenBank under accession numbers OK053811 GoogleMaps .
