Nops agnarssoni Sánchez View in CoL –Ruiz Brescovit & Alayón, 2015: 45, figs 37–43, 78. Male holotype from Isla Caja de Muerto (17°53′15.7″N, 66°31′37.2″W), Puerto Rico, 24.vii.2010, L. F. Armas & A. Perez–Asso (IBSP 166240) and male paratype, same data as holotype (IBSP 166241, palp and leg IV for SEM; both examined).

Diagnosis. Nops agnarssoni resembles similar congeners Nops blandus ( Fig. 10B‒D View FIGURE 10 ) and Nops finisfurvus ( Fig. 15C‒D View FIGURE 15 ) by having a short and curved embolus; but can be distinguished by having short unpaired claws on posterior legs ( Fig. 9B View FIGURE 9 ).

Description. Male (holotype): described by Sánchez‒Ruiz et al. (2015). Female: Unknown.

Natural history. Both known specimens were collected under rocks, on the way to the lighthouse.

Distribution: Known only from the type locality Caja de Muerto Island, Puerto Rico ( Fig. 8E View FIGURE 8 ).
