Distribution. Russia: Far East (southern part of Sakhalin Island, Kuriles: Kunashir Island, Shikotan Island, Iturup Island).

Remarks. This species was originally described in Diplomaragna from the Anivsky District, Sakhalin Island as well as Kunashir and Iturup islands (Mikhaljova 1996), but later transferred to the revalidated genus Sakhalineuma ( Mikhaljova 2000) .
