Holotype: USNM 7518; paratypes (11), MCZ 66964 (formerly USNM 7522); and USNM 7519-21 and 7523-29 ( Cochran 1961:231; Reynolds et al. 2007:26). USNM 7518 and 7520 are both now lost ( Reynolds et al. 2007:26).
