Prada Evans, 1949 belongs to Trapezitinae Waterhouse and Lyell, 1914

Prada (type species Plastingia rothschildi Evans, 1928) is transferred to Trapezitinae because it is monophyletic with this subfamily, receiving the strongest statistical support in all trees ( Fig. 8 View Figure 8 ), and is not monophyletic with Hesperiinae where it was formerly placed ( Warren et al. 2009).
