Distribution. Species known from Tunisia, „Caucasus“, Iran, Iraq, Syria and Turkey, new for Lebanon.

Remarks. The mentioned specimens collected together with Anthrenus (Nathrenus) verbasci (Linnaeus, 1767) and A. (Anthrenus) delicatus Kiesenwetter, 1851 .
