Distribution in the Arabian Peninsula: Oman ( Osten 2005a), Saudi Arabia ( Betrem & Bradley 1972; Gadallah 2004; Osten 2005a), United Arab Emirates ( Schulten 2007 as Lobhargita aureola ; Schmid-Egger 2017), Yemen ( Betrem & Bradley 1972).
Extralimital distribution: Canary Islands, northern Africa ( Morocco to Kenya), Iran ( Betrem & Bradley 1972; Osten 2000; Osten et al. 2003).
