Determination features: head with 1+ 1 ventral pso; dorsal pso as 3,4/4,6,6/9,9−10,10−11,10−11+1,7−8.

A sub-Pyrenean species that has been found in many localities in southwestern France and northeastern Spain. In the Basque bio-speleological district it has been found in a cave in Bizkaia ( Arbea 2018). It is common on leaf litter and mosses. In caves, it is found both at the entrance and inside, especially in accumulations of guano and decaying plant remains.
