Distribution. India ( Das & Gupta 1989), Pakistan ( Mahmood et al. 2012)
Comments. Specimens collected from Pakistan were compared with the published description of Ropalidia brevita Das & Gupta by Mahmood et al. (2012). This species is distinguished on the basis of the yellow stripe at the apex of the red clypeus.
