This Holarctic species was recorded from New Brunswick, Newfoundland, and Nova Scotia by Peck and Stephan 1996) ( Fig. 1 View Fig ). It is found in northern mixed and coniferous forests and at higher elevation forests in mountains ( Peck and Stephan 1996).
