Agathidium repentinum is newly recorded in Newfoundland and in Atlantic Canada ( Fig. 7 View Fig ). This northern species was collected in conifer, poplar, and taiga-willow forests in leaf litter, Sphagnum moss, and on moose dung ( Miller and Wheeler 2005).
