Foreleg black on inner surface of femur, tibia, and tarsus, tibia dotted with black near base, at middle, and on distal part dorsally, tarsus black on distal part of each tarsomere dorsally, remainder white; midleg mostly white, femur dotted with blackish gray at base and middle ventrally, tibia dotted with black near base, at middle, and near distal end dorsally, tarsus black on distal part of each tarsomere; hindleg mostly white, tibia blackish gray on outer surface of distal half, tarsus blackish gray on outer surface of first tarsomere and distal part of other tarsomeres. Thorax white; tegula dark fuscous. Forewing ratio 4.8; blackish gray, with a few white scales along veins R5 and M; costa with black and white dots on basal 7/10, white dots smaller than black dots, sometimes black dot at middle larger, costa with white spot at distal 1/10 and before apex, the former larger, the latter occasionally absent; termen interspersed with several black and white spots; wide blackish-fuscous streak below basal 2/5 of fold; two ill-defined black spots, one before middle, one at lower angle of cell; dorsal band white, extending to above tornus; dorsal fascia blackish-gray to black, from before middle of wing to basal 7/10 of costa, weakening towards costa, indistinct above fold; cilia black, white adjacent to white spots, gray near tornus. Hindwing and cilia uniformly gray.
Male genitalia ( Figs. 97 View FIGURES 96 – 101 , 153 View FIGURES 150 – 153 , 209 View FIGURES 209 – 220 ): Tuba analis slightly shorter than width of valva. Socius covered with 12̄15 scale-like setae widened towards rounded apex, produced in triangle posteriorly, bearing two long setae on protrusion ( Fig. 209 View FIGURES 209 – 220 ). Gnathos inflated distally, with 5̄11 long thick setae apically. Valva elongate oval, nearly same width in basal half, slightly narrower in distal half, dorsal margin nearly straight, or slightly arched at basal 2/ 5; covered with a row of long thick setae from central area near ventral margin to distal area. Saccus shorter than width of valva, distal 3/4 narrowed, nearly linear. Phallus straight, slender, 5.6̄6.4 times as long as width of valva ( Fig. 153 View FIGURES 150 – 153 ). Second sternite with about nine micro-setae in each row; eighth sternite V-shaped, with arm thickened distally. Coremata present.
Female genitalia ( Fig. 262 View FIGURES 262 – 264 ): Ovipositor 2.8 times as long as eighth segment. Anterior apophysis 3/4 length of posterior apophysis, bifurcate at middle, branches fused, forming ventral margin of ostium bursae. Lamella postvaginalis narrowly band-shaped. Antrum tubular, uniform in width, half length of eighth segment. Ductus bursae densely spinulated before and near opening of ductus seminalis; ductus seminalis originating from anterior 2/5 of ductus bursae. Corpus bursae oval, concave laterally on anterior 1/3, covered with dense denticles; signum with basal plate short, horns slender, extending obliquely outward, slightly curved inward, widely C-shaped.
