Description. Male (new description). Body medium, coloration is very similar to female, wings absent.

Head. Fastigium verticis depressed, projecting forward, dorsal surface with indistinct median furrow ( Fig. 1B View FIGURE 1 ). Ocelli distinct; lateral ocelli located on both sides of fastigium verticis, slightly larger than median ocellus. Eyes oval, projecting outwards. Apical segments of maxillary palpi longer than subapical ones, apices faintly swollen ( Fig. 1A View FIGURE 1 ).

Thorax. Disc of pronotum smooth, anterior and posterior margins nearly straight; lateral lobes longer than high, ventral margin widely arched ( Fig. 1D View FIGURE 1 ). Prosternal lobes spine-shaped with basal areas separated from each other ( Fig. 1C View FIGURE 1 ); mesosternal lobes with basal half convex on both margins, after middle area terminating into a spine, its apices obtuse ( Fig. 1C View FIGURE 1 ); metasternum with 1 pair of obtusely triangular processes, basal areas separated, internal and external margins obliquely straight and converging, apices obtuse ( Fig. 1C View FIGURE 1 ).

Legs. Fore coxae with 1 stout spine; genicular lobes of femora obtuse; tibiae with 2 internal spurs and 1 external spur on dorsal surface, ventral surface with 4 pairs of spurs and 1 pair of apical spurs; basal areas of tibiae with 1 pair of oval tympana, the internal tympanum ( Fig. 1E View FIGURE 1 ) slightly larger than external one ( Fig. 1E, F View FIGURE 1 ). Middle coxae with 1 depressed spine; femora unarmed; dorsal surface of tibiae with 4 internal spurs and 3 external spurs, ventral surface with 4 pairs of spurs and 1 pair of apical spurs. Ventral surface of hind femora with 2 internal spines, genicular lobes with 1 internal spine ( Fig. 1G View FIGURE 1 ); dorsal surface of tibiae with 9 pairs of spines and 1 pair of subapical spurs (the internal one longer than external one), ventral surface with 2 internal spurs, 1 external spur and 1 pair of long subapical spurs, apices ventrally with 1 pair of long and 1 pair of short spurs.

Abdomen. First to fourth abdominal tergites with stridulatory pegs ( Fig. 1I View FIGURE 1 ). Posterior margin of ninth abdominal tergite almost straight with 1 dactylitic lobe on each side; posterior margin of tenth abdominal tergite arced concave with 1 pair of sclerotized hooks widely separated which upturned over the lobes of ninth abdominal tergite, its apices directing forwards ( Fig. 2E View FIGURE 2 ). Cerci conical. Paraproctal processes about as long as cerci, lateral margins of basal areas obliquely narrowing and upcurved behind base ( Fig. 2D View FIGURE 2 ); apical third area depressed, apical margins concave with a long oblique-triangular projection on dorso-apical margin, ventro-apical angle rounded ( Fig. 2G View FIGURE 2 ). Subgenital plate longer than paraproctal processes; basal third swollen with convex and approaching lateral margins ( Fig. 2I View FIGURE 2 ); in apical two-thirds with 1 pair of subparallel lateral carinae on ventral surface, between them concave along the midline; posterior margin straight ( Fig. 2I View FIGURE 2 ). Styli subcylindrical, inserted at the apical angles of subgenital plate ( Fig. 2I View FIGURE 2 ).
