Distribution in Iran. Alborz ( Sanaei & Seiedy 2015, 2017), Iran (no exact locality cited) ( Farahbakhsh 1961 as Apion flavipes (Fabricius, 1775) ; Modarres Awal 1997, 2012 as Apion flavipes ).

General distribution. Algeria, Armenia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, France, Georgia, Germany, Great Britain, Greece, Hungary, Iran, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Syria, Turkey, Ukraine.

Plant associations in Iran. Clover ( Farahbakhsh 1961; Modarres Awal 1997, 2012), Fabaceae ( Sanaei & Seiedy 2017) .
