Material examined. 2 ɗ, 2 juveniles, Zonguldak, Ayiçi, in the vicinity of Kızılelma Maġasarı, 36T 4087464592235, 161 m elevation, in beech leaf litter, 15-VIII-2005, A. Moreno leg.
Antennae with 19 and 20 articles in the males, and 18 and 19 in the juveniles. Third article with bacilliform sensillum (between d and e) in a ventral position, as noted by Sendra et al. (2006). On urotergite V, one juvenile lacks la -macrochaetae, one male has 0+1 la, and the other male has 0+1 submacrochaetae la.
Identification of these specimens is provisional, and more material is needed to make a more precise determination. Provisionally it is assigned to C. fragilis , the campodeid dipluran with a widest distribution throughout the Holartic Region.
