Materials examined. China: 5 males & 5 females, Shaanxi, Nanzheng, Liping , vii-30-2019, Libin Ma & Zhixin He coll. ; 2 males & 3 females, Sichuan, Chongzhou, Jiguanshan , vii-20-2020, Zhixin He coll. ( SNNU) .

Description. Male. Body size large for the genus. Head round, frontal rostrum not obvious, slightly wider than antennal scape. Ocelli small, median ocellus smallest of the three. Postclypeus transversely narrowed, anteclypeus widened medially. Apical joint of maxillary palpi longer than the third, depressed and widened, with rounded apex; apical joint of labial palpi rod-like, longer than remainder sections, depressed and widened. Pronotum transverse wide, bearing bristles; anterior and posterior margin straight, posterior margin wider than the anterior, middle of both lateral edges slightly concave. Tegmen reaching 5th segment of abdomen, bearing an oblique vein and three chord veins, the third one and diagonal vein converge proximally. Dividing vein transverse and separating mirror as front and hind cells. Apical region degraded, lateral region bearing four Sc branches. Fore tibia only possessing external tympanum, elongate oval-like. Hind tibia bearing four dorsal spurs on two sides respectively, of the inside, first spur stubby and far away from others, and the basal of fourth one expanded; apical spurs three on two sides respectively.

Genitalia. Epiphallus upper and lower margin concave medially; lateral lobe longer than ectoparamere and inner margin bearing tooth apically.

Female. Similar to male but forewings short, veins are different. Ovipositor blade-like.

Coloration. Antennal brown; apical part of 5th joint of maxillary palpi dark brown, apical part of remainder ones white. Pronotum brown.

Measurements (mm). Male (n=5). BL 7.16±1.36, HW 1.49±0.30, PL 1.32±0.26, TL 4.29±0.64, HFL 4.49±0.79.

Female (n=5). BL 7.09±1.25, HW 1.38±0.22, PL 1.33±0.24, TL 2.61±0.34, HFL 5.01±0.58, OL 3.13±0.62.
