Materials examined. China: 5 males & 5 females, Yunnan, Mengla, Yaoqu , v-18-2013, Libin Ma coll. ( SNNU) .

Description. Male. Body size small. Head small, slightly wider than the anterior of pronotum. Rostrum slightly wider than antennal scape. Median ocellus smallest of the three, lateral ocelli oval-like. Eyes rather large. Postclypeus transversely widened, anteclypeus concave medially. Apical joint of maxillary palpi slightly longer than the third, depressed and widened, with rounded apex; apical joint of labial palpi rod-like, longer than remainder sections, depressed and widened. Pronotum transverse wide, trapezoid; anterior margin straight and the posterior somewhat convex, posterior margin wider than the anterior, middle of both lateral edges slightly concave. Tegmen bearing an oblique vein and three chord veins. Dividing vein transverse and separating mirror as front and hind cells. Apical region degraded, lateral region bearing three Sc branches. Hind wings extremely long, about two times longer than tegmen. Fore tibia only possessing external tympanum, elongate oval-like. Hind tibia bearing four dorsal spurs on two sides respectively, of the inside, first spur stubby and far away from others, and apical spurs two inside and four outside.

Genitalia. In dorsal view, lateral lobe of epiphallus apically angular, median lobe not obvious and deeply concave. In ventral view, endoparameres shaped as “V”, basal part of guiding rod shaped triangular. Female. Similar to male but forewings rather short. Ovipositor blade shape and shorter than cercus. Coloration. Head and pronotum dark brown. Wings and legs yellowish brown. Measurements (mm). Male (n=6). BL 6.62±1.76, HW 1.52±0.27, PL 1.06±0.22, TL 3.54±0.60, HFL 3.91±1.13. Female (n=5). BL 6.44±1.75, HW 1.64±0.35, PL 1.24±0.29, TL 3.83±0.51, HFL 4.16±1.24, OL 2.69±0.62.
