Type material. Holotype. China: Male, Yunnan, Mengla, Yaoqu , v-22-2013, Libin Ma coll. Paratypes. 5 males and 5 females, same information as holotype ( SNNU) .
Description. Male. Body size small. Head small, wider than anterior margin of pronotum. Rostrum narrower than antennal scape. Median ocellus smallest, lateral ocelli round. Eyes rather large. Postclypeus roundly convex, anteclypeus concave laterally. Labral apex medially and broadly concave. Apical joint of maxillary palpi slightly longer than the third, depressed and widened, with rounded apex; apical joint of labial palpi rod-like, longer than remainder sections, depressed and widened. Pronotum transverse wide, trapezoidal; anterior margin straight and posterior margin somewhat convex, posterior margin wider than the anterior, and middle of both lateral edges slightly concave. Tegmen bearing one oblique vein and three chord veins.Apical region degraded, lateral region bearing two Sc branches. Hind wings extremely long, about two times longer than tegmen. Fore tibia only possessing external tympanum, elongate oval-like. Hind tibia bearing two dorsal spurs inside and three outside, and bearing two apical spurs inside and three outside.
Genitalia. In dorsal view, ectoparamere widened and large, shaped as crab pincer and inward pointed; lateral lobe of epiphallus sheet-like, distal part rather acute and inward pointed. In ventral view, endoparamere shaped as “V”, basal part of guiding rod triangular.
Female. Similar to male but forewings narrower. Primary veins almost parallel. Anal veins three; 1A and 2A veins converged proximally and branched backwards; 2A and 3A veins branched proximally and converged after the middle of tegmen; transverse veins in the longitudinal sparse and irregular. Ovipositor blade shape.
Coloration. Head and pronotum colored dark brown. Wings and legs colored yellowish brown.
Measurements (mm). Male (n=6). BL 5.32±1.19, HW 1.31±0.33, PL 0.99±0.31, TL 3.36±0.51, HFL 3.02±0.76. Female (n=2). BL 4.41±0.53, HW 1.25±0.17, PL 0.79±0.07, TL 2.81±0.41, HFL 2.78±0.55, OL 2.12±0.20.
Etymology. The name refers to the type locality of Yaoqu County.
