Type material. Holotype. China: Male, Xizang, Motuo, Beibeng , ix-11-2010, Libin Ma coll. Paratype. 1 male, Xizang, Motuo, Beibeng , v-31-2019, Libin Ma coll. ( SNNU) .

Description. Male. Body size small for the genus. Head small, slightly wider than the anterior of pronotum. Rostrum distinctly wider than antennal scape. Ocelli round, median ocellus largest of the three. Eyes rather large. Postclypeus transversely widened, anteclypeus concave medially. Apical joint of maxillary palpi distinctly longer than the third, depressed and widened, with rounded apex; apical joint of labial palpi rod-like, longer than remainder sections, depressed and widened. Pronotum transversely widened, trapezoid; anterior margin straight and posterior one somewhat convex, posterior margin wider than the anterior, middle of both lateral edges slightly concave. Tegmen bearing an oblique vein and two chord veins. Apical region degraded, lateral region bearing three Sc branches. Fore tibia only possessing external tympanum, elongate oval-like. Hind tibia bearing two apical spurs inside and three outside; and hind tibia bearing three dorsal spurs on both sides respectively.

Genitalia. Shaped as columnar sheet. Epiphallus widened medially and lateral lobe blunt, with gap between them shallowly concave. Ectoparamere finger-like.

Female. Unknown.

Coloration. Head light yellow, ornamented with grey stripes. Pronotum light yellow and bearing two pair of light patterns. Tegmen dark brown, ornamented with yellow stripes.

Measurements (mm). Male (n=2). BL 4.26±0.04, HW 1.45±0.02, PL 1.03±0.02, TL 1.68±0.06, HFL 2.84±0.11.

Etymology. The name refers to its small size.

Remarks. This species is very similar to Speonemobius litoreus Vannini & Chelazzi, 1978 and Speonemobius alaesignatus Ingrisch, 1987 in body shape and head coloration, but it differs from them in the tegmen’s coloration and in the male genitalia. In addition, it is different from Speonemobius bifasciatus He et al., 2016 in body size and coloration, and different from Speonemobius fulvus He et al., 2016 in male genitalia, body coloration and wing length.
