Material: Five specimens: Rum, Um Ishrin Grid 87 31.III.2000 (2Ψ), Wadi Marsad 27.III.2000 (2Ψ), 1.IV.2000 (1Ψ) (Al Al Bayt University).
Distribution: Afrotropical: Sudan, Yemen. Palaearctic: Algeria, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Egypt, France, Gruzia, Italy, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Palestine, Portugal, Saudi Arabia, Spain, Syria, Tunisia, Yugoslavia.
It is common in desertic regions of Jordan. Evenhuis and Greathead (1999) cited this species as recorded from Jordan.
