Notes. The antennal coloration and the ratio of clava to funicle length differ slightly from the description of the type material of P. dactylopii provided by Noyes & Triapitsyn (2017), these same authors studied a specimen with these same characteristics from Chiapas ( Mexico) and tentatively identified it as P. dactylopii . However, they emphasize that the taxonomy of the Prochiloneurus dactylopii species complex is under study, hence, it is likely that this species is part of a complex of species that are difficult to separate. Species of the genus Prochiloneurus are known as hyperparasitoids of Anagyrus species ( Noyes 2021), however, its association with P. dactylopii and A. kamali is here reported for the first time.
