Distribution. Currently known to occur in Abkhazia, Armenia, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Georgia, Germany, Great Britain, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Romania, Sardinia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland ( Wagner 1981,
