Ae. aegypti eggs were obtained from the insect breeding area of the Biotechnology Institute - UANL.To obtain larvae, papers ballots impregnated with eggs were placed in a plastic container with 4 liters of water and 0.5 g of fish food. The containers were incubated for 48 hours at 30°C to stimulate hatching.
