Diagnosis. Female: Length 8.0–10.0 mm. Body covered in white setae. Antenna reddish black. Head black with clypeus pale yellowish except for black apex. Mandible largely blackish in lateral view. Mesosoma black with patch on ventral area of pronotum, spot on posterior lateral corner (near tegula) of pronotum, tegula, small indistinct oval spot on anterior-central scutellum, large spot on median area of metanotum white. Legs black to reddish black with most of trochanters except ventrally, extreme tip at base and apex of femora, fore tarsus, and bases of mid- and hind tibiae white and outer surface of fore tibia brownish yellow. Metasoma orange with tergite 5 or 6 to apex, and sterna 3 to apex black. Wings lightly infuscated, a little darker toward apex; veins and stigma black. Antenna with 25 antennomeres; flagellum somewhat incrassate at center. Vertex shiny, sparsely punctate; frons more densely punctate. Mesosoma shiny, uniformly densely punctate. Metasoma shiny, uniformly densely punctate partly forming reticulations. Medio-apical process of sternite 2 subtruncate with small indentations at the center.

Distribution. Myanmar ( Magretti, 1897), India (New record) (Manipur, Tripura).
