Type locality. Cacaluta Bay , Oaxaca, México (15°43’12.08”N, 96°9’49.08”W) GoogleMaps .
Type material. Seven specimens. Holotype : as sagittal sections: UMAR PLAT-025 (reproductive structures in six slides; Cacaluta Bay, Oaxaca, southern Mexican Pacific ; under rocks, 10 m, May 7, 2013, coll. MRS). Paratypes : Six specimens as whole mounts: UMAR PLAT-026 A-C, 4 specs. (Cacaluta Bay, same as holotype); UMAR PLAT-027 , 1 spec. (Panteón Beach, under rocks, 3 m, Dec 6, 2013, coll. MRS) . One specimen preserved in 70% ethanol: UMAR PLAT-026 D, 1 spec. (Cacaluta Bay, same as holotype) .
