Diagnosis of Male (Plate C8P). This species is differentiated from others by the following combination of characters. The male has the head narrower than the mesosoma. The antennal scrobe is weakly carinate. There is a pit on sternum II that is densely filled with setae. The pit is anterior of center. The pygidium lacks an apical fringe of setae. The integument of the metasoma is predominantly ferruginous. The metasoma is clothed with scarlet setae. The head, pronotum, and scutellum are clothed with white setae, while the mesonotum is clothed with black setae.
Female. Unknown.
Distribution. Mexico; Guatemala.
Remarks. This species is known only from the male. Only the type specimens of this species have been examined.
