Diagnosis. Miroculis yulieae sp. nov. can be differentiated from the other species of Miroculis by the following combination of characteristics: Male imago: 1) stalk of compound eye of intermediary length (1.4 x longer than wide) and with a distomedial projection; 2) fore wing with hyaline membrane and two orangish brown transversal bands, width about 0.5 x its length; 3) forceps washed with dark grey on apical third of segment I and light gray on segments II and III; 4) penis 1.2 x longer than segment I of forceps. Female imago: 1) fore wing with three brownish transversal bands; 2) hind wing 0.3 x length of fore wing; 3) sternum IX with deep median cleft. Mature nymph: 1) antenna translucent brown; 2) labial palp with segment II as long as segment I; 3) maxillary palp with segment II length 0.6 x segment I length; 4) abdominal spines on segments V-IX more developed than I-IV; 5) gills with lateral lobes well developed, orange-brown with branched trachea.
