The FSCA has a female from the state of Amazonas, Leticia, II-1956. The species has been reported previously from Peru, Ecuador, and Brazil ( Boulard and Martinelli 1996; Santos and Martinelli 2009).

Material examined. “ COLOMBIA, Dept. of Amazonas, Leticia , II-1956, J.N. Layne ” (one female, FSCA).
