Ecology. Epigeic species living close to the soil surface in wet places ( Höser 1990; Zicsi & Meyer 2009). Zoogeographical distribution type. Eastern-Alpine species that occurs in Germany, Austria, Slovakia and Hungary ( Csuzdi & Zicsi 2003).
Distribution in Germany. Central Germany ( Höser 1990, 2012); eastern Germany ( Dunger et al. 1972; Dunger 1987).
