Diagnosis

Length 40–60 mm, D. 1–1.5 mm, no. of segments 75–105. Pigmentation lacking, dorsal pore none. Clitellum 13–18, K 19. ♀ 14 paired just before the setae a–b. Prostatic pores 17, genital field ovate with two close papillae corresponding to prostate pores. Spermathecal pores 8/9 just medial to a. Ampoule of the spermatheca pear-shaped duct narrow. The distalmost part of the duct bears two pairs of digitiform diverticuli. Gizzard lacking, one pair of club-shaped calciferous glands in 9. Excretory system holoic, Prostates long slender, penial setae lacking.
